Caminos y Sabores 2026
Caminos y Sabores is the 20th edition of Argentina’s federal food fair, held from 2 to 5 July 2026 at La Rural de Palermo. The event gathers food producers, small‑business entrepreneurs, municipal and provincial governments, chefs, artisans and gastronomy companies. Main attractions include themed “caminos” that showcase regional culinary heritage, a business round‑table (Ronda de Negocios), live cooking demonstrations, and competitions such as the Copa Alfajor. Visitors can explore a wide range of categories: traditional sweets (alfajores, pan dulce, ensaimada), savory dishes (humita, osobuco, milanesas de cordero), and innovative regional products. The fair also offers streaming of activities, a boutique for award‑winning products, and networking opportunities for suppliers and exhibitors. It serves both as a sales platform for exhibitors and an immersive cultural experience for the public, highlighting Argentina’s diverse flavors, textures, and landscapes.
