Connect, Share, and Succeed in the LGBTQ+ and Ally Legal Community.
Lavender Law (r) was founded in 1988 and has been a "family reunion" for LGBTQ+ legal professionals and allies to reflect on our shared history, as well as look to the future. Lavender Law Conference & Career Fair, with more than 2,000 attendees annually, is the largest LGBTQ+ Legal Conference in the United States.
Lavender Law(r), the annual career fair of the National LGBTQ+ Bar Association, is designed to create a sense community and inclusion among LGBTQ+ candidates in legal recruiting. Candidates can talk to LGBTQ+-friendly recruiters at this Fair from law firms and government agencies. They will also be able to speak with LGBTQ+ rights organizations, corporate legal departments, and LGBTQ+ rights groups. You must register to be a sponsor if your organization wants to recruit at the Lavender Law (r) Career Fair.
Our 2024 Career Fair attracted over 400 law students, as well as over 200 nonprofits and government agencies that are interested in diversity.
