ECRM - The Deli, Dairy & Bakery Session 2027

ECRM EPPS: Deli, Dairy & Bakery, Spring Session is an in-person buyer-seller engagement event centred on the deli, prepared foods, dairy and bakery categories. The next Spring Session runs April 12-14, 2027 at the Horseshoe Las Vegas in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Buyers across all retail channels - grocery, drug, mass, club, convenience and dollar/discount - meet suppliers whose products and programs fit the deli, prepared foods, dairy and bakery areas of the store. Bakery items reviewed include ready-to-sell shelf-stable, thaw-and-serve and in-store bakery lines; both emerging brands and private label are considered. Buyers and sellers are paired based on categories, capabilities and buyer objectives. The preceding Spring Session was held April 20-22, 2026 in Rosemont, Illinois.
