The "JAPAN'S FOOD" EXPORT FAIR is a bi‑annual trade exhibition held at Tokyo Big Sight, targeting importers, wholesalers and international buyers of Japanese food and beverage products. Co‑organized by JETRO and backed by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries and the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, the fair showcases a wide spectrum of categories: agri‑food, seafood, meat, processed foods, Japanese tea, alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, confectionery/snacks, health‑beauty foods, sustainable and free‑from items, seasonings/spices, tableware and kitchen tools, plus logistics and transportation services. Organized by RX Japan GK, the event provides buyer registration (free for summer) and a VIP program, and includes a hosted‑buyer initiative. It serves as a single‑roof platform for Japanese producers to connect with global markets, featuring over 400 sub‑exhibitions across the food sector.
