Cairo Mother & La Pyjama (also listed as Cairo Mother Expo) is an international trade exhibition dedicated to mother, baby and children fashion and products, covering homewear, nightgowns, pajamas, lingerie, maternity wear, children's clothing, textiles and related accessories. It is organized by Pyramids Group, a UFI-member trade fair company based in Istanbul with an office in Cairo, and takes place at the Cairo International Convention & Exhibition Centre (CICC) in Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt. The official organizer calendar lists the 79th edition on 18-20 March 2027 and the 80th edition on 1-3 October 2027, both at CICC, reflecting a twice-a-year cycle. The previous edition (26-28 September 2025, held at CICC) was advertised on the dedicated brand site cairomother.com, which still shows leftover countdown content for that edition. Entrance is free for registered trade buyers. Third-party aggregators list conflicting dates for a 2026 edition (17-19 or 25-27 September 2026), but the organizer's own fair pages confirm the next dated editions as March 2027 (79th) and October 2027 (80th).
