The 2026 Shanghai Fermentation Expo runs from August 4 to August 8, featuring multiple themed exhibitions: the Shanghai Yanwo (bird's nest) Expo, the International Enzyme Agricultural Products Expo, a Probiotic Products Expo, and the International Nutrition & Health Expo. Exhibitors will showcase enzyme‑based ingredients, probiotic formulations, nutritional supplements, and traditional bird’s nest products, targeting food, beverage, health, and cosmetics sectors. Concurrent activities include enzyme tasting and matchmaking sessions, a charitable enzyme auction, micro‑class workshops, and brand investment promotion events. The schedule allocates the first two days for exhibitor registration and booth construction, the opening ceremony on August 6, followed by four days of public exhibition, and concludes with dismantling on August 8.
