The "JAPAN'S FOOD" EXPORT FAIR is a bi‑annual trade show held at Tokyo Big Sight, targeting importers, wholesalers and international buyers of Japanese food and beverage products. Co‑organised by JETRO and backed by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries and the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, the fair showcases a wide range of categories under one roof: agri‑food, seafood, meat, processed foods, Japanese tea, alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, confectionery and snacks, health‑beauty foods, sustainable and free‑from items, seasonings/spices, tableware and kitchen tools, plus logistics and transportation services. Organized by RX Japan GK, the event provides visitor and VIP registration, hosted‑buyer programs, and extensive exhibitor directories. The 2026 summer edition runs from 24 to 26 June, offering a platform for Japanese producers to connect with global buyers and promote the nation’s culinary offerings.
