Culinary Art Food Expo 2026
The Culinary Art Food Expo (CAFE) 2026 is a three‑day international exhibition held 5‑7 June 2026 at SBMEC/BMICH, Sri Lanka. It brings together global and local exhibitors across the entire food‑to‑table chain, showcasing over 200 categories such as gourmet specialty foods, food‑processing ingredients, culinary equipment, hospitality technology, hotel supplies, beverage manufacturers, service providers, fishing and diving gear, catering equipment, marine transport, engines, accessories, detergents and cleaning solutions. The event features Asia’s largest chef competition, with more than 3,000 chefs (including 2,000+ Sri Lankan participants) competing in the Culinary Art International Chefs Competition. Attendees include executive chefs, F&B managers, procurement executives, hospitality leaders, retailers, investors, and industry professionals seeking new products, trends, and networking opportunities. CAFE 2026 serves as a comprehensive platform for product launches, live culinary demonstrations, and business matchmaking within the food, beverage, and hospitality sectors.
