Taste of Dublin 2026
Taste of Dublin is a four‑day summer food festival held in Merrion Square, Dublin. The 2026 edition runs 11‑14 June and brings together 15 top restaurants, over 50 chefs, and 66 event features and exhibitors. Main categories include: Restaurants showcasing signature dishes; Chef demonstrations and masterclasses; Artisan producers offering Irish food, drink and specialty goods; Interactive experiences such as cocktail masterclasses, bar pop‑ups, and live entertainment; and the exclusive Taste Club partnership with Mastercard delivering curated dining events. Additional highlights are a newly released cookbook featuring 20 recipes from past chefs, a 20‑year anniversary celebration, and various sponsorship and corporate booking opportunities. The festival aims to provide a vibrant showcase of Dublin’s culinary scene, encouraging visitors to sample, learn, and celebrate food culture.
