About TCSA Fall Conference & Trade Show
The Tennessee County Services Association (TCSA) Fall Conference & Trade Show is TCSA's largest and busiest conference of the year. Much of TCSA and its affiliate associations' business is handled at this conference, alongside a public-sector-focused trade show where members can network with suppliers of goods and services that enhance county governments' ability to serve their citizens.

TCSA's official Trade Show page states that the next trade show will take placeOctober 26-27, 2027- "Save the date, and see you then!". Full details for the 2027 edition (conference programme, agenda, registration and exhibit hall hours) have not yet been published; TCSA asks vendors interested in the 2027 Trade Show to email [email protected] to be added to the vendor mailing list for the announcement.
2026 edition (past)
The 2026 edition took place October 21-23, 2026 at Embassy Suites & Convention Center in Murfreesboro, Tennessee (Rutherford County). The trade show exhibit hall ran on Wednesday, October 21, 2026 (setup 9:00-11:00 a.m., exhibitor hours 11:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.) and Thursday, October 22, 2026 (exhibitor hours 7:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m., teardown from 1:00 p.m.), with general sessions on October 22-23. The 2026 trade show sold out and standard booths were priced at $1,250 with premium/corner booths at $1,500.
