IFEX 2028

IFEX 2028, Northern Ireland's premier food, drink, hospitality and retail trade exhibition, runs 22-24 February 2028 at the Eikon Exhibition Centre in Lisburn.

The show returns to the Eikon Exhibition Centre (Balmoral Park, Lisburn), its new home after a successful IFEX 2026, bringing together exhibitors and buyers from across the island of Ireland for three days of product innovation, supplier meetings and industry networking.

Highlights include Salon Culinaire Belfast, Northern Ireland's largest chef competition programme with more than 30 classes and hundreds of competing chefs, culminating in the Northern Ireland Chef of the Year competition, plus feature areas covering foodservice, hospitality and retail trends.

Opening hours: 22-23 February 10:00-17:00, 24 February 10:00-16:00. Trade-only event with a published admissions policy.
