ChocFest 2026
ChocFest, held 15‑16 November 2026 at the Cattle Market, Scalford Road, Melton Mowbray, is one of the UK’s largest chocolate festivals. The two‑day event showcases a wide range of chocolate‑themed food and drink, including chocolate pizza, beer, kebabs, pancakes, ice‑cream, cakes, donuts, marshmallows, hot chocolate, biscuits, pastries, liqueurs, brownies, tarts and puddings. In addition to street‑food stalls, there are talks and tastings, a Chocolate Theatre programme, and workshops such as a kids’ chocolate‑lolly session led by international chocolatier David Greenwood‑Haigh. Exhibitors span chocolatiers, pastry chefs, and food producers, with a focus on innovative chocolate creations. Tickets are £6 at the gate or via Eventbrite, with free entry for children under 16. The site is wheelchair‑friendly with disabled parking; dogs are not allowed except service dogs. The festival also features a science video on chocolate and a “World’s Best Chocolate?” segment.
