IPPE 2027 2027
The 2027 International Production & Processing Expo (IPPE) is scheduled for January 26-28, 2027 at the Georgia World Congress Center, 285 Andrew Young International Blvd NW, Atlanta, GA 30313. The organizer site lists the same dates on the homepage, the Why Attend page, and the FAQ, which also lists later editions (January 25-27, 2028 and January 23-25, 2029). This listing is only the 2027 show.
IPPE is the annual poultry and egg, meat, and animal food industry event. It combines three shows: the International Poultry Expo, the International Feed Expo, and the International Meat Expo. The 2027 edition is expected to feature 1,300+ exhibitors and more than 631,000 square feet of exhibit space. It is sponsored by the U.S. Poultry & Egg Association, the American Feed Industry Association, and the Meat Institute.
Show hours (Eastern Time): Tuesday, January 26, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Wednesday, January 27, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Thursday, January 28, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Floor zones listed for the show are Green Hall A (animal food ingredients and equipment, animal health, and rendering) and Red Hall B with Blue Halls BC/C (animal health, egg production and processing, genetics, incubation, live production, food safety, worker safety, meat and poultry processing and packaging, and rendering).
FAQ registration rates for this edition: complimentary for qualifying members of USPOULTRY, AFIA, and the Meat Institute who process meat or poultry or manufacture animal food; USD 99 through January 8, 2027; USD 149 from January 9-25, 2027; USD 199 onsite from January 26, 2027. A related Latin American Poultry Summit is set for Monday, January 25, 2027 in Atlanta, in conjunction with the International Poultry Expo; that Monday is not part of the IPPE exhibit dates.
