The Gluten-Free Expo, organized by Coeliac Australia, is the nation’s largest dedicated gluten‑free event. It will take place in Sydney on 15‑16 August 2026 at Royal Randwick Racecourse (and later in Melbourne on 17‑18 October 2026). The expo showcases a broad range of gluten‑free products, including packaged foods, fresh meals, and specialty items, with tasting stations, food trucks, and a shopping area where visitors can buy without worrying about gluten content. Exhibitors span manufacturers, retailers, and service providers such as Simply Wize. The event also offers educational sessions, an activity schedule, and community networking opportunities.
