Expo Latino 2026
Expo Latino, Western Canada’s largest outdoor Latin festival, celebrates its 30th anniversary on August 14‑16, 2026 at Prince’s Island Park, Calgary. The three‑day event showcases a mix of cultural attractions: live music and dance performances by international stars and local artists, folkloric and contemporary showcases, and a Cultural Pavilion featuring Latin American ambassadors. Visitors can explore an Art Zone with visual art displays, hands‑on children’s activities, inflatables, and dance workshops. The festival hosts a diverse vendor marketplace: food trucks and pre‑packaged food & drink booths, non‑profit and small‑business booths, handmade jewelry stalls, and corporate sponsors. Volunteer opportunities and extensive community support from the City of Calgary, arts foundations, and government partners underpin the celebration. The event aims to promote Hispanic culture, foster community connections, and provide a family‑friendly weekend of music, cuisine, art, and cultural exchange.
