SNOMED CT Expo 2026
The SNOMED CT Expo 2026 brings together clinical terminology experts, government officials, health‑IT professionals, clinicians, researchers, academics and vendors to showcase how SNOMED CT drives data‑driven health systems and better patient outcomes. The three‑day conference (Oct 21‑23, 2026, Sydney) is organized into four program streams: (1) Advances in Research and Innovation – highlighting cutting‑edge informatics research and knowledge creation; (2) Demonstrating Implementation Excellence – practical case studies from health organisations, agencies and industry on lessons learned and benefits realized; (3) Enhancing Clinical Practice and Outcomes – applications of SNOMED CT that improve care delivery and patient results; and (4) Terminology Leading Practices – discussions on content development, mappings, description logic, reference sets and integration with other standards. Abstracts are accepted until Apr 27, 2026, with notifications by Jun 5. The event includes sponsorship and exhibition opportunities, a dedicated delegate accommodation block, and support from the Australian Digital Health Agency as host.
