This leading recruitment event connects employers with a diverse pool of professionals, targeting communities covered under the Title VII Civil Rights Act, including Women, People of Color, Seniors, LGBTQ individuals, People with Disabilities, and Veterans. Events are held in both In-Person and Virtual Video formats.

The event attracts 500-1,100 candidates per fair, typically holding college degrees and 3-5 years of experience. Major clients include Microsoft, Raytheon, FBI, CIA, and Boeing. Fairs run from 11 AM to 3 PM.
