India Fall And Spring Expo: Education Fairs in India 2024, 2025
Understanding ISN Education Fairs: Terms and Conditions.
For institutions looking to engage with potential students, participating in education fairs organized by the International Student Network Inc. (ISN) is an invaluable opportunity. However, it is crucial to understand the associated terms and conditions before diving into the registration process. Institutions should carefully read through the terms laid out in the service agreement to ensure compliance with ISN’s policies, especially regarding the management of student data, marketing materials, and payment procedures. It's advisable to prepare necessary documentation in advance, including presentations and marketing content, to streamline the registration and promotional phases.
Additionally, potential exhibitors should be aware of the registration timeline and payment obligations. ISN requires that institutions complete their registration and make payment within five business days after receiving a payment link. This urgent timeline emphasizes the importance of having a clear understanding of cancellation policies, as ISN's agreements do not allow for refunds for cancellations made less than 90 days before an event. Conversely, if unforeseen circumstances such as pandemics occur, institutions can receive credits for future services. Institutions must stay informed about any health-related waivers, especially concerning COVID-19, highlighting that participants assume responsibility for their health while attending events. Proper knowledge and adherence to these terms can enhance an institution's promotional strategies, ultimately maximizing their outreach to prospective students.
